NOTE: All of our dogs are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea bathed once a week
and are given heartguard once a month. These dogs are waiting for a New Beginning.
Prices of the Dogs vary from $170 & up at Managements discretion.
If you already own a dog, we ask you to bring it in for a compatability test before purchasing a second dog.
Please check with your local council to find out if you are allowed a second dog. If you are renting, please
bring in written rental approval for ownership of a dog on those premises.
IMPORTANT: 'When choosing to adopt a puppy, a $100 deposit is required in addition to the purchase price of the
puppy, which will be refunded in full when the puppy is returned to the refuge for desexing at a later specified date.'

 MARLEY Male
Mini Foxi X Heeler X Koolie 14 months
The refuge is approaching the re-homing of Marley differently. He is currently in a Foster
Home with one of our refuge volunteers and we ask for any interested persons to ring the
refuge and we can arrange for him to be brought in to meet his potential new owners.
Marley was not happy in the refuge environment so went to a home for some TLC and to help
him gain confidence. Marley has come along really well and is progressing daily, he has great
basic obedience and will appreciate the company of an older or more mature female dog.
Marley is ok with cats that are not afraid of dogs but if the cat runs,
he does like to chase.
He
is a very playful and affectionate boy, and as he is a young dog, a big puppy really, he
may dig, chew and do all the usual puppy things!
Marley
has a fearful, timid nature but comes around quickly with the
right owner to guide him. Marley is not a dog for a beginner, and
the person that we are seeking needs to be committed to giving Marley
the time he needs to settle in to a new environment and learn to trust
his new owners. The refuge is offering Marley as a
long term foster dog to the appropriate home for this boy’s needs.
Marley is a kelpie x heeler x mini foxi and he is nearly 15 months old. He is an active boy,
who needs plenty of daily
exercise, to keep him fit and healthy, so his new foster owner
will need to be energetic and enjoy daily walks/runs.

PANSY Adoption Fee $185

When Pansy first arrived at the refuge she was a little
on the tubby side. Now she's a dog with a new lease on
life. She loves to run and jump around, just like a puppy.
Why not give this girl a fresh start with a new home aswell.

PATRICK Adoption Fee $200

Mastiff x Staffy 3 years
Patrick is a very solid boy, so he will need a physically
fit owner. He loves to run around and is best suited
to a only dog home. We do not recommend him around
small fluffy dogs, cats or very young children. We have
been able to put Patrick with a similar sized dog.

TIPPER Adoption Fee $195

Tipper's birthday is not that far away, and the thing he
would love the most is to have a home. A place where his
new owners will teach him the things all good dogs need.
Obedience and plenty of exercise. He is an extremely
friendly boy who would fit into most home easily.

FLETCHER Adoption Fee $250
Male Husky 3 years
Fletcher is a beautiful looking boy who knows his
basic
obedience. Fletcher will need to have regular
exercise
to keep him from getting bored. He likes
chickens
just a little too much, so his new home needs
to be small
livestock free. Fletcher will require good
secure fencing,
ie. colorbond or timber, no wire. He is ok with most
other dogs. Prefer previous Husky/Malamute owners.

BERTHA Adoption Fee $250

Bertha is a very large and solid girl, her new owner
will
need to be physically fit. This girl is to go to a home
where
she is the only pet, most certainly no small dogs
and definately
no cats please. Good secure fencing is
needed no wire fences. We are unsure how Bertha is with
children at this stage, but recommend a home without
any
small children due to her size.

Terrier X 2 years
Wally is one guy who is always on the go. He is very
friendly, but lacks obedience. With a little training
this boy could really make a great family member.
Wally can bounce with the best of them and will need
secure fencing, ie timber or colorbond. We are unsure
how Wally is with kids and cats at this stage.

MADONNA Adoption Fee $185

Border Collie x Cattle x Bull Terrier
Madonna is a bundle of beans, she would love a run
along the beach or in the dog park. Everything she
does is done with enthusiasm, she must have obedience
training and be exercised every day to prevent boredom.
Madonna will most likely require good secure fencing.

MILLY Adoption Fee $185
Female Kelpie x 9 months
Milly is still very much a puppy. As with all puppies,
we recommend that she have obedience training and
socialization so she can become a well rounded dog.
Milly must go to an acreage home, to very active owners
who don’t mind some chewing, destroying and gardening
done, she is good with kids and other dogs.

BIANCA Adoption Fee $220

This girl will need basic obedience training
and plenty of socialization. Bianca needs high timber/
colourbond or brick fencing, at least 6ft.
While in the
refuge Bianca has been paired with another dog of
similar size, she is not so keen on other smaller dogs.

Female Kelpie X 2 years
Sandy is a gentle girl who really would be a very
faithful companion to the right people. She is not
recommended for homes with children, as she prefers
the company of adults. Sandy is not good with small
livestock ie. chooks.

Jack is a robust boy who will require an owner with
strength to take him on his walks, he has a lovely nature
and enjoys human company. Jack seems ok with most other
dogs, but does not like cats. Jack is available for a $100 Donation. Jack is okay around kids.

American Staffy X 3 years
Bentley is a happy boy who is looking for a
committed owner to keep him loved and well
socialised, his new home must have high secure
fencing. He would make a great traddies dog.
Bentley is now in the process of being socialized
with other dogs and is doing well, he loves his
new pen mate and is much happier.
