Eli needs to go to a permanent foster home. He has loads of energy and will happily play catch/fetch with you.  He knows his basic obedience and will shake hands too.  Eli tilts his head to the side when you say "walkies" and is quite strong on the lead. He is a lovely natured boy who would do best in a older child's home or he seems like a "man's" dog. No cats for Eli. He also has some elbow problems.
